Dr. Greg Sng is Director of Elyx Medical and a Family Physician. He holds an MBChB and a Master of Medicine in Family Medicine. Before joining Elyx, he served as Clinical Innovations & AI Lead at Parkway Shenton, where his work spanned clinical AI governance, digital decision support and population-health quality improvement.

At Elyx, he leads the development of the medical care model, integrating comprehensive assessment, multidisciplinary clinical judgment and technology-enabled follow-through into a coherent plan for each member. His practice is grounded in longitudinal, whole-person medicine: identifying risk early, synthesizing complex health information and translating it into clear, prioritized action. His focus is ensuring that innovation strengthens rigorous clinical reasoning, accountable care and the trusted relationship between doctor and member—so that better data leads to better decisions and durable health outcomes.

Dr. Sureshan Sivananthan is Chief Longevity Officer at Elyx Life, Singapore’s first concierge longevity service. A fellowship-trained orthopaedic surgeon whose practice spans joint preservation, arthroplasty, arthroscopy, and metabolic bone conditions, he has authored more than 40 peer-reviewed papers and book chapters and serves on editorial boards including the Bone and Joint Journal and International Orthopaedics. He has worked alongside the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery and Human Performance Lab to study injury prevention and performance, grounding his practice in how the body moves under real demands. At Elyx Life, he guides members through orthopedic concerns proactively, addressing pain, mobility, injury risk, and long-term joint health so members stay active and capable at every age.

Prof. Dean Ho is Scientific Advisor at Elyx Life, Singapore’s first concierge longevity service. A biomedical engineer and AI-in-medicine pioneer with more than two decades of experience in precision medicine, he serves as Provost’s Chair Professor and Director of the N.1 Institute for Health at the National University of Singapore. He is the creator of CURATE.AI, a first-in-human validated platform for personalized treatment calibration, and recently launched DELTA, a human trial advancing pathways associated with metabolic resilience as a foundation for healthspan. His work has been recognized through fellowships in the National Academy of Inventors and the American Institute of Medical and Biological Engineering. At Elyx, he advises on the development of AI-enabled longevity care grounded in N-of-1 insights and personalized healthspan protocols.

Rabia Shah is Head of Movement at Elyx Life, Singapore’s first concierge longevity service. A senior physiotherapist trained in the UK and a clinical sleep coach, she bridges clinical rehabilitation with longevity science through a hands-on, evidence-based practice spanning clinical physiotherapy, clinical Pilates, mindfulness, dry needling, therapeutic pain education, and functional rehabilitation, all within a biopsychosocial framework. At Elyx Life, she leads comprehensive assessments of strength, balance, flexibility, and biomechanics to identify early signs of dysfunction associated with injury risk and diminished independence later in life. She designs bespoke programs that support mobility, physical capacity, and resilience, helping members build sustainable movement habits across demanding personal and professional lives.

Annabelle Johnson is Head of Nutrition at Elyx Life, Singapore’s first concierge longevity service. An Accredited Practising Dietitian and member of the Singapore Nutrition and Dietetics Association, she bridges clinical nutrition with longevity science through an evidence-based practice, pairing clinical depth with a genuine love of food to turn the science into personalised guidance. At Elyx Life, she leads the nutrition pillar, assessing dietary intake, body composition, and metabolic markers to catch early signs of risk associated with chronic disease and age-related muscle loss. She designs bespoke nutrition protocols that support metabolic resilience, healthy body composition, and lasting energy, translating each member’s healthspan goals into a personalised nutrition strategy.

Dayana Khafiz is Head of Member Experience at Elyx Life, Singapore’s first concierge longevity service. She leads the concierge function that coordinates every dimension of a member’s healthspan journey, from scheduling and logistics to the seamless integration of clinical sessions, lifestyle programming, and travel commitments. At Elyx, she ensures the concierge experience matches the caliber of the protocols themselves, designed around how members actually live.

Shan Balakrishnan is Senior Nurse at Elyx Medical, the clinical arm of Singapore’s first concierge longevity service. She brings clinical rigor and a steady, considered presence to the diagnostics and physician-guided protocols at the heart of the member experience. Working closely with the physician team, she ensures every clinical interaction is delivered with the precision and care that defines an Elyx membership.

Peng T. Ong is Executive Chair of Elyx. A serial entrepreneur, he founded or built several category-defining companies, including Match.com, Interwoven, and Encentuate. He is Founding Partner of Monk’s Hill Ventures, Chair of the Solve Education! Foundation, and a member of the Dell Medical School Executive Advisory Board. Previously, he served as a board director at multiple public and private companies and institutions, including Singtel, JOYY, IDA, and MDA.

Ashish Chordia is Vice Chair at Elyx Life, Singapore’s first concierge longevity service. He is a technology entrepreneur bridging software innovation with human performance. He co-founded Alphonso, scaling it into one of the world’s largest connected TV data platforms with $1B+ in revenue and having it be acquired by LG, processing billions of data points to transform real-time audience intelligence.

Nancy Yu is Head of Product & Commercial at Elyx Life, Singapore’s first concierge longevity service. She has orchestrated a $1.5B exit (38x MOIC) as APAC P&L and product lead of a global SaaS/fintech platform. Senior Advisor to McKinsey; operating partner across multiple PE and VC portfolios.

Cheehan Tee is Head of Technology & Operations at Elyx Life, Singapore’s first concierge longevity service. He has 25+ years building and leading high-performing engineering organizations across startups and global tech companies. He was part of the C-suite at Ninja Van through 1000x growth and $1B in funding, scaling the team from 10 to 200+ engineers across 5 countries.

Varun Panjwani is Head of Marketing at Elyx Life, Singapore’s first concierge longevity service. He is a healthcare entrepreneur and marketing operator with 15+ years building and scaling ventures across longevity, health-tech, wellness, and insurance in Asia. He co-founded MetaCare, GlobalHealth Asia-Pacific, and Arctic Fitness, with experience spanning regional partnerships, commercial strategy, and consumer health experiences.

Yvonne Yu is Head of Finance and Administration at Elyx Life, Singapore’s first concierge longevity service. She has 18+ years of experience building and scaling global finance functions at Google, Meta, and TikTok across APAC. She has led 80-person international finance teams and drove transformations impacting $100B+ in annual revenue.
